BC Business Solutions provides immediate, around-the-clock support through its 24-hours-a-day, Emergency Support Center. Customers are assisted until problems are solved to their satisfaction.
ON-SITE SUPPORT
Most service issues are solved by remote assistance. For those issues that cannot be resolved remotely, on-site support, provided by certified and experienced technical support specialists, is available. In addition to technical support, BC Business Solutions offers on-site support for site surveys, site acceptance tests, installation and commissioning, network deployment supervision, integration tests and Network Management System (NMS) implementation.
